The department of Health and Human Services has a 'Wall of Shame'

Yesterday at a health IT seminar organized by the Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY) I learned that The department of Health and Human Service has a Wall of Shame. The Wall of Shame is a page of its web site where the Secretary is required by the HITECH act to post a list of breaches of unsecured protected health information affecting 500 or more individuals.
